2024 Highlights: Key Updates for an Enhanced Salesforce Experience

As the year wraps up, we’re excited to share the gifts we’ve built to make your Salesforce experience even better. This year, we focused on three key themes when developing new features:

  • Bring real-time insights into Salesforce
  • Manage and advance deals directly within Salesforce
  • Boost team efficiency with automations and Agentforce AI

Let’s take a quick look at what we’ve delivered—and what’s coming next!

Theme 1: Bring real-time insights into Salesforce

Salesforce is the backbone of your customer information, but it lacks real-time buyer activities and insights into what makes a better buyer experience.

To have a 360-view into the buying-selling journey, we’ve been focusing on pushing GetAccept’s live tracking and actionable analytics into Salesforce in 2024, and here are some updates:

Overview of all rooms with a Mutual Action Plan

Have a list of all deal rooms with an active Mutual Action Plan within Salesforce. From there, you can quickly check the Action Plan's progress for a certain Opportunity, associated Deal Rooms, and which account it’s linked to.

Compare the action plan's progress with the Opportunity status stored within Salesforce to spot discrepancies. For example, an Opportunity may still be in the “Qualification” process in Salesforce while according to the Mutual Action Plan, this Opportunity is already in the negotiation stage. Double-check with your sales rep and ensure you have accurate, transparent information.

(Coming soon) Redesign the overview of GetAccept rooms and contracts

As we add more deal insights to Salesforce, the challenge is presenting them intuitively. This year, we’ve revamped the sendout flow and redesigned the deal room overview. Right now, we’re updating the contract analytics overview to ensure data, chats, and comments are presented clearly and beautifully.

Theme 2: Manage and advance deals directly within Salesforce

As your company grows, managing a growing library of templates for different industries, company sizes, and products can become overwhelming. Sales reps may waste time searching for templates or risk using the wrong one, causing inefficiencies and delays.
