Currently supported events are as follows: Document viewed by recipients; Document reviewed by recipients; Document commented by recipients; Document approved by recipients; Document signed by recipients; Document rejected by recipients. The GetAccept team is working with Gong closely to sync more GetAccept Digital Sales Room insights to Gong while adding Gong insights (e.g. video transcripts) into GetAccept rooms.

Gong integration is currently available in the Enterprise plan. You need to have a Gong Pro or above to start using the integration. To authenticate this integration for the first time, a user must be a Gong Tech Admin and have Admin permissions in GetAccept.
