Challenge

Welkeys is a premium seasonal rental service that assists property owners throughout the rental process. Since 2019, the startup has also offered a turnkey management solution for medium-term rentals and created its own brand, Nomad by Welkeys, in 2022. A bonus for tenants? They can book any of the properties listed in the Welkeys catalogue for a weekend, a month, or longer.

After finding a new property, the Welkeys teams had to send their management mandate to owners in PDF format and wait for them to print it, sign it manually, then scan and return it. Not exactly the epitome of convenience, not to mention the amount of paper contracts to be stored...

The teams were therefore looking to shed administrative tasks to improve their productivity and focus on what matters most: customer relations. Specifically, their challenge was to find a tool capable of automating their document sending process while providing a smoother signing experience for owners.

Additionally, the startup was using Pipedrive, an ideal CRM for managing large volumes of prospects. Hence the importance of investing in a tool that could integrate into their work environment.

Integration

GetAccept allows Welkeys' Business Developers to automatically gather data from Pipedrive into their GetAccept mandates, saving significant time given the substantial number of pages these documents contain.

All that's left is to send them to the owners and collect their signatures online, a few clicks are all it takes to validate the mandate's content. Since all GetAccept contracts are stored on Pipedrive, the Welkeys teams also benefit from quality tracking on these documents and can compare the number of sends versus the number of signatures obtained.

Similarly, the teams can directly track the status of their sent documents and receive a notification with each new interaction. A client opens a management mandate several times and spends more time on one page than another? Each Business Developer has the key information to advance the deal in the right direction.
