Share all files needed for your sales process in your Deal Room

We’re kicking off the new year with yet another much-anticipated addition to your Deal Room. No more switching between tools, sending email attachments, or creating links to shared folders. Now you can share all the files needed in your sales process directly within your deal room!

Check the video for a quick summary, or dive into the details below!

Not all content is used the same

In the sales process, reps need to share various types of content with buyers - presentations, one-pagers, links to case studies, demo videos, and requirement specifications, to name a few.

The lingering doubts of not knowing whether only the right stakeholders can access the document, if it's the latest version, or which email contained the correct link significantly prolong the process. Luckily, GetAccept Deal Room helps you share the presentational and informational content with the right stakeholders in an intuitive way.

With this update, sharing supporting content or files (such as requirement specifications, process documentation, or sales and marketing collaterals) is now as easy as a breeze.

How does it work?

Similar to the recently added Action Plan, you can upload, download, and access all shared files through the “File” tab in your Deal Room. Simply upload the files from your local drive and all stakeholders will see a detailed overview!

You are also able to check who’s downloaded a file or pin a file at the top to indicate its importance.

That’s it! You now have everything you need to streamline your process with one centralized location for all essential files needed in your sales process!

How do I get started?

Enable file-sharing in your Deal Room by going to the settings for your room, clicking the “Functionality” tab, and activating the  “Files” function. You’ll see a new “Files” tab in your room!

Tip! If you always want to have the Files tab enabled, you can change the behavior in your templates.
